Capitan Serving size: 1 Drink Source: Manny Hinojosa

•	1 1/2 oz. Grey Goose L'Citron
•	3/4 oz. St. Germain
•	1 oz. The Perfect Purée El Corazon,  thawed
•	1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
•	2 oz. ginger beer
•	orange slice for garnish
Method:
1.	In a mixing glass, combine L'Citron, St. Germain, El Corazon, lime juice, and ice. Shake with a Boston Shaker and pour into a 12 oz. glass. Top with Ginger beer and garnish with an orange slice. Serve.
