Honey Runner Serving size: 1 Drink Source: Austin Thompson, Cuvee

•	2 oz. Charbay Tahitian Rum
•	1/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Yuzu Luxe Sour,  thawed
•	1/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Apricot Puree,  thawed
•	1/4 oz. chamomile tea
•	1/4 oz. honey simple syrup
•	honey crystal rimmer
Method:
1.	Apply honey crystal to rim of martini glass and set aside. Combine remaining ingredients into a Boston Shaker with ice. Shake and strain into martini glass. Serve.
