Kaffir the Reaper Serving size: 1 Drink Source: Mariena Mercer, The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas

•	1 1/2 oz. Ciroc Coconut Vodka
•	1 oz. Chinese Five Spice Syrup
•	1 oz. The Perfect Purée Yuzu Luxe Sour,  thawed
•	1 oz. Zingiber Ginger Coconut Rooibos Tea
•	lemongrass and kaffir lime leaf syrup
•	egg white
•	kaffir lime espuma (for garnish)
•	kaffir lime leaf (for garnish)
•	star of anise (for garnish)
Method:
1.	Combine ingredients except garnishes into a mixing glass. Add ice and shake with a Boston Shaker. Strain into a glass and garnish with kaffir lime espuma, kaffir lime leaf and a star of anise. Serve.
