Smokey Martini Serving size: 1 Drink Source: Manny Hinojosa, Mixologist

•	1 1/2 oz. Light rum
•	1 oz. Elderflower liqueur
•	1 oz. The Perfect Purée Chipotle Sour,  thawed
•	1 oz. pineapple juice
•	lime (garnish)
Method:
1.	Combine ingredients into a mixing glass. Add ice and shake vigorously. Serve up in a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a lime squeeze. Serve.
