| | 2 oz. Bourbon |
| | 2 oz. The Perfect Purée Thyme & Citrus, thawed |
| | 1/2 oz. Simple syrup |
| | ginger ale |
| | lemon wedge (garnish) |
| Method: | |
| 1. | In a mixing glass add Bourbon, Thyme & Citrus and simple syrup. Add ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a high ball glass, top with ginger ale. Garnish with lemon wedge. Serve. |
