Thyme for Bourbon Serving size: 1 Drink Source: Manny Hinojosa, Mixologist

•	2 oz. Bourbon
•	2 oz. The Perfect Purée Thyme & Citrus,  thawed
•	1/2 oz. Simple syrup
•	ginger ale
•	lemon wedge (garnish)
Method:
1.	In a mixing glass add Bourbon, Thyme & Citrus and simple syrup. Add ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a high ball glass, top with ginger ale. Garnish with lemon wedge. Serve.
