Hacienda Serving size: 1 Drink

•	1 1/2 oz. Tequila Blanco
•	4 oz. The Perfect Purée Thyme & Citrus,  thawed
•	Salt (rimmer)
Method:
1.	Combine tequila and Thyme & Citrus into a mixing glass. Add ice and shake with a Boston Shaker. Strain into a salt rimmed rocks glass with fresh ice. Serve.
