Campari Affogato Serving size: 1 Drink Source: Francesco Lafranconi, Director of Mixology, Southern Wine & Spirits

•	1 oz. Campari
•	1 oz. The Perfect Purée El Corazon,  thawed
•	1/2 oz. fresh passion fruit juice
•	3 oz. Lambrusco Sparkling Red Sweet Wine by Mionetto
•	Dehydrated orange wheel (garnish)
•	3 Raspberries (float)
Method:
1.	Mix the Campari with the El Corazon and freeze with liquid nitrogen. Then pour a scoop into a martini cocktail glass and fill up with sparkling red wine.
