hum Sour Servings: 1 drink Source: Adam Seger, Hum Spirits LLC

•	1 oz. hum® Botanical Spirit
•	2 oz. Don Cesar Pisco Puro
•	1 oz. Beverage Artistry™ Yuzu Luxe Sour,  thawed
•	1 oz. lime juice
•	1 egg white
•	Hum bitters
Method:
1.	Combine first 5 ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into chilled martini glass. Add 5 drops of hum bitters to foam. Serve.
