Blood Orange Sunrise Serving size: 1 Drink

•	1 oz. water
•	1 oz. The Perfect Purée Blood Orange Concentrate,  thawed
•	Cubed ice as needed
•	1 1/2 oz. tequila
•	4 oz. orange juice
•	Cocktail straw and orange wedge for garnish
Method:
1.	Mix water with Blood Orange Concentrate and pour into a chilled highball glass. Cover with ice.
2.	Stir or shake tequila with orange juice and ice and gently strain into glass.
3.	Stir once with cocktail straw and garnish with orange wedge.
