| | 2 1/2 parts Tommy Bahama White Sand® Rum |
| | 1/4 part Cointreau® |
| | 1/2 part Scratch sour mix |
| | 1/2 part Blood Orange simple syrup (recipe below) |
| | 1/2 part fresh orange juice |
| Method: | |
| 1. | Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice. |
| 2. | Shake 20 times and strain into a chilled martini glass rimmed with sugar in the raw. |
| Blood Orange Simple Syrup: | |
| | 2 cups sugar |
| | 1 cup Culinary Traditions™ Blood Orange Concentrate, thawed |
| | 1/2 cup water |

| 1. | Dissolve all ingredients over heat. Let cool. |
