Tommy Bahama's T.B. Mine Serving size: 1 Drink Source: Tommy Bahama's Tropical Cafe

•	2 1/2 parts Tommy Bahama White Sand® Rum
•	1/4 part Cointreau®
•	1/2 part Scratch sour mix
•	1/2 part Blood Orange simple syrup (recipe below)
•	1/2 part fresh orange juice
Method:
1.	Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice.
2.	Shake 20 times and strain into a chilled martini glass rimmed with sugar in the raw.
Blood Orange Simple Syrup:
•	2 cups sugar
•	1 cup Culinary Traditions™ Blood Orange Concentrate,  thawed
•	1/2 cup water
Method:
1.	Dissolve all ingredients over heat. Let cool.
