| | 1 oz. Bols Genever |
| | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Apricot Puree, thawed |
| | 1/4 oz. fresh lime juice |
| | 1 tsp. maple syrup |
| | ground cinnamon for garnish |
| Method: | |
| 1. | Combine all ingredients except garnish into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Strain over new ice into a rocks glass. Garnish with ground cinnamon. Serve. |
