Passion Fruit Martini Serving size: 1 Drink Source: Austin Thompson, Cuvee

•	1 oz. The Perfect Purée Passion Fruit Concentrate,  thawed
•	2 oz. Charbay Green Tea Vodka
•	Martini & Rossi Sweet Vermouth
Method:
1.	Combine ingredients into a mixing glass with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into a martini glass. Float Martini & Rossi on top. Serve.
