Bulldog Maria Serving size: 1 Drink

•	3 oz. BULLDOG Gin
•	3/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Roasted Red Pepper Puree,  thawed
•	3/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate,  thawed
•	5 baby tomatoes
•	4 slices of cucumber
•	1/8 oz. adobe sauce of chipotle peppers
•	½ lime, juiced
•	salt & pepper
Method:
1.	In a pint glass, combine ingredients and muddle. Pour over ice filled glass. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve.
