Perfect Puree Iced Lychee-Ginger Green Tea

Yield: 30 oz. portions
    • 1 oz. Loose green tea
    • 1 gallon water
    • 2 tbsp Culinary Traditions™ Ginger,  thawed
    • 2 cups Culinary Traditions™ Lychee,  thawed
    • 2 tbsp Culinary Traditions™ Key Lime Concentrate,  thawed
    • 4 oz. simple syrup

Method:
1. Brew the green tea and let steep and discard the leaves.
2. Add the remaining ingredients.
3. Add ice cubes.
