| • | 1 oz. hum® Botanical Spirit |
| • | 2 oz. Don Cesar Pisco Puro |
| • | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Yuzu Luxe Sour blend, thawed |
| • | 1 oz. lime juice |
| • | 1 egg white |
| • | Hum bitters |
| Method: | |
| Combine first 5 ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into chilled cocktail glass. Add 5 drops of hum bitters to foam. Serve. | |
