    • 1 1/2 oz. Bulleit Bourbon
    • 1 oz. The Perfect Purée White Peach Puree, thawed
    • 5 mint leaves
    • 3/4 oz. simple syrup
    • Dash of peach bitters
    • 1 lemon wedge
Method:
Muddle the The Perfect Purée Peach with the lemon wedge, mint, bitters and simple syrup. Add the whisky and enough ice to fill a rocks glass. Give the mix a good shake then pour it into the glass and garnish with a lemon wheel.
