A “Strompolos”

    • 3 oz. gin
    • 1/2 oz. dry white vermouth
    • 1/8 tsp. The Perfect Purée Lemon Zest Puree,  thawed
    • 1/8 oz. The Perfect Purée Orange Zest Puree,  thawed
    • 3 drops pepperoncini juice
    • 1 fresh basil leaf pinched to release flavor
    • pepperoncini (garnish)
    • lemon rind slice about 1/2″ by 2″ (garnish)
    • large fresh basil leaf (garnish)
Method:
1. After chilling a 6 ounce cocktail glass, add large ice cube to glass and garnishes (inside cocktail not on top) and set aside. Shake ingredients with large ice cubes in cocktail shaker. Strain and pour into prepared glass.
