| • | 1/2 oz. Luxardo Maraschino Cherry Liqueur |
| • | 1/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Black Currant Puree, thawed |
| • | 1/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Key Lime Concentrate, thawed |
| • | 1 whole large egg |
| • | 1 blackberry (garnish) |

| 1. | In a cocktail shaker, mix all ingredients except the blackberry. Hard shake for 30 seconds. Add cubed ice. Hard shake 15 seconds. Strain into a chilled martini glass or coupe. Garnish with a fresh blackberry. |
