    • 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Hibiscus Puree, thawed
    • 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Ginger Sour blend, thawed
    • 1 oz. simple syrup
    • 4 oz. water
    • 1/4 oz. lime juice
    • lime peel (garnish)
Method:
1. In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients with ice and shake. Garnish with a dash of cinnamon and lime wheel.
