Ingredients for the Au Pear:

• 1 1/2 oz. Barr Hill Vodka
• 1/4 oz. St. George Spiced Pear liqueur
• 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Pear Puree, thawed
• 1/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Thai Basil & Black Pepper blend, thawed
• 1/4 oz. Fresh lemon juice
• 1/4 oz. Golden Ale beer syrup

Method for the Au Pear:

1. Combine and shake. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with dehydrated pear.
