    • 1 1/2 oz. Elyx Vodka
    • 3/4 oz. Savory & James Manzanilla Sherry
    • Pellegrino (to top)
    • 1/2 oz. The Perfect Puree Passion Fruit Concentrate, thawed
    • 1/2 oz. sugar
    • 1 oz. fresh pineapple juice
    • 1 cup crushed iced
    • Pineapple leaves (garnish)

Method:
Combine sugar and concentrate to make syrup. Then shake all ingredients, except garnish and Pellegrino, and pour over crushed ice. Top with Pellegrino. Garnish with pineapple leaves.
