    • 1.5 oz .Elyx Vodka
    • .75 oz. Savory & James Manzanilla Sherry
    • Pellegrino (to top)
    • .5 oz. The Perfect Puree Passion Fruit Concentrate, thawed
    • .5 oz. sugar
    • 1 oz. fresh pineapple juice
    • 1 cup crushed iced
    • pineapple leaves (garnish)

Method:
1. Combine sugar and concentrate to make syrup. Then shake all ingredients, except garnish and Pellegrino, and pour over crushed ice. Top with Pellegrino. Garnish with pineapple leaves.
