    • 1 1/2 oz. St. George Terroir Gin
    • 1 oz. grilled pineapple infused Dolin Dry Vermouth
    • 1/2 oz. Yellow Chartreuse
    • 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate, thawed
    • sage leaf
Method:
1. Assemble all ingredients, add ice, shake and strain in a Marie Antoinette Coupe glass. Garnish with a sage leaf.
