Banana and Ginger Sauce

Yield: 12 - 2 oz. servings

    • 3 cups heavy cream
    • 1 cup The Perfect Purée Banana,  thawed
    • 3 oz. The Perfect Purée Ginger,  thawed
Method:
1. In a heavy bottom stainless steel pot simmer the heavy cream until reduced by half.
2. Stir in the Banana and Ginger puree.
3. Chill.
4. Strain the sauce if you desire a smooth texture.
