Barely Cherried Sherry Sour

    • 1 1/2 oz. Dry Sack®
    • 1 1/2 oz. Gran Duque de Alba Spanish Brandy®
    • 1 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Yuzu Luxe Sour,  thawed
Method:
1. Fill a metal shaker tin with ice, strain out melted ice and fill with liquid.
2. Stir 33 times and strain into a chilled cocktail glass that has been rinsed with chilled Cherry Heering.
3. Garnish with a sprig of fresh thyme.
