    • 2 oz. Woodford Reserve Bourbon
    • 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Red Raspberry Puree,  thawed
    • 1 oz. fresh lemon juice
    • 1 oz. Vanilla Bean Grenadine
    • 5 mint leaves (muddle)
    • lemon wheel (garnish)
    • mint sprig (garnish)
Method:
1. In a mixing glass add fresh lemon juice, vanilla bean grenadine and 5-6 mint leaves. Muddle contents then add Woodford Reserve, Raspberry Puree and ice. Shake then double strain into chilled, iced rocks glass. Garnish with a lemon wheel and a mint sprig.
Vanilla Bean Grenadine:
    • 1 cup The Perfect Purée Pomegranate Concentrate,  thawed
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 1 split half vanilla bean
Method:
1. Simply add 1 cup of Pomegranate Concentrate and 1 cup of sugar to a sauce pan. Add 1 split half of vanilla bean and press bean with muddler. Bring mixture to a boil. Lower heat and reduce for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Double strain and store for later use.
