    • 2 oz. Free Will IPA
    • 3 dashes Jerry Thomas decanter bitters
    • 1 oz. The Perfect Purée White Peach Puree, thawed
    • 1/2 oz. Purely ginger syrup
    • floating lime wheel (garnish)
Method:
1. Shake puree, ginger syrup and bitters with ice and strain over ice into rocks glass. Top off with the IPA and garnish.
