    • 1 oz. Bombay Sapphire
    • 1 oz. Aperol
    • 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Ginger Sour blend, thawed
    • 1 oz. orange juice
    • 1 oz. club soda
    • 2 dashes of Fee Brothers peach bitters
    • Orange peel (garnish)
Method:
1. Combine all the ingredients with ice except garnish, shake and serve over the rocks in a highball glass. Garnish with an orange peel.
