    • 2 oz. gin
    • 1 oz. Cherry Heering
    • 1 tsp. The Perfect Purée Black Currant Puree,  thawed
    • 3/4 oz. fresh lime juice
    • 3 dashes Angostura Bitters
    • 2 sage leaves (muddle)
    • 1 sage leaf (garnish)
    • 1 pinch black pepper
Method:
1. Muddle 2 sage leaves, then add remaining ingredients with ice and shake well. Strain into a cocktail coupe glass. Garnish with black pepper and a sage leaf.
