Blood Orange Sidecar

1 drink

    • 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Blood Orange Concentrate,  thawed
    • 1 oz. brandy
    • 1/2 oz. Triple Sec
    • 3/4 oz. lemon juice
    • 2 oz. water
    • 1 cup cubed ice
    • Granulated sugar and 1/4″ blood orange slice for garnish
Method:
1. Sugar the rim of a chilled martini glass.
2. Combine ingredients over ice in a cocktail shaker.
3. Shake and strain into glass.
4. Cut blood orange round to center and place over glass rim.
