| • | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Thai Basil & Black Pepper blend, thawed |
| • | 3 lemons muddle |
| • | Top with tea |
| • | Dash of nutmeg powder |

| 1. | In a mixing glass, combine all the ingredients with ice except tea and nutmeg. Shake vigorously and serve over the rocks in a tall glass. Top with tea and nutmeg powder. |
