Bombay Guava Black Pepper Collins

    • 1 1/2 oz. Bombay Gin
    • 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Pink Guava Puree,  thawed
    • 1/2 oz. Vanilla Cognac
    • 3/4 oz. simple syrup
    • 3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
    • black cracked pepper
    • club soda
    • lemon wheel for garnish
1. Add all ingredients (except soda) into a mixing glass. Add ice, shake and strain into a Collins glass with fresh ice. Top with soda. Garnish with a lemon wheel. Serve.
