1/2 oz. Montenegro
1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Black Currant Puree, thawed
1/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Meyer Lemon Concentrate, thawed
Creamy maple syrup
Island bitters
Crème de Mûre Pearls
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into a cocktail glass with ice. Garnish with orange peel.
