Black Currant Kir Royale

1 drink

    • 1 oz. vodka
    • Sparkling wine
    • 1/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Black Currant Puree,  thawed
    • 1/2 oz. agave nectar
    • 1/2 oz. lemon juice
Method:
1. Combine Black Currant Puree and ingredients (except sparkling wine) into a Boston Shaker. Add ice and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Double strain and pour into a champagne flute. Add sparkling wine. Serve.
