Lyndsi Hastings-Mundy, Bartender and Manager at Stock & Barrel and Bar Manager at Honor Amongst Thieves

    • 1 1/2 oz. Redemption Rye
    • 2 spritz allspice dram
    • 1/2 oz. Torres Gran Torres Orange
    • 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Blackberry Puree, thawed
    • 1/4 oz. simple syrup
    • 1/2 oz. lemon juice
    • 1 blackberry for garnish
Method:
1. In an old fashioned glass, place a large 2×2 ice cube. spritz cube with allspice dram. Shake all other ingredients. Double strain over spritz cube. Spritz once more. Garnish with a blackberry.
