Creamy Pineapple

    • 1 1/2 oz. Bacardi rum
    • 3/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Carmelized Pineapple,  thawed
    • 1/2 oz. lemon juice
    • 1/2 oz. agave nectar
    • 1/2 oz. pineapple juice
    • grilled pineapple wedge (for garnish)
1. Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously and strain contents into glass or flash blend in a blender. Garnish with a grilled pineapple wedge and serve.
