| • | 1 1/2 oz. vodka |
| • | 3/4 oz. St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur |
| • | 3/4 oz. lime juice |
| • | 1 tbsp. The Perfect Purée Strawberry Puree, thawed |
| • | 1 cucumber slice (muddle) |
| • | Cucumber slice (garnish) |
| Method: | |
| In the bottom of your mixing glass, muddle the cucumber slice in the lime juice and puree. Then add vodka and St. Germain with ice and shake well. Strain onto the rocks. Garnish with a cucumber slice and strawberry on the rim of the glass. | |
