DAMN Thistle

    • 2 oz. Caliche Rum
    • 1 1/2 oz. Elderflower Liqueur
    • 1 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate, thawed
    • 1/2 oz. fresh squeezed lime juice
    • 3 drops hibiscus flower syrup
    • Hibiscus flower (garnish)
    • Lime twist (garnish)

Method:
1. Combine all ingredients except hibiscus flower syrup and garnishes in a shaker. Shake vigorously and pour over a Collins glass heaping with freshly crushed ice. Drop 3 drops of hibiscus flower syrup into drink and allow to settle at the bottom. For garnish, place a hibiscus flower and lime twist skewered together lying across the rim of the glass
