| • | 3/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Mandarin/Tangerine Concentrate, thawed |
| • | 3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice |
| • | 2 dashes Fee Brothers Orange Bitters |
| • | cup of ice |
| • | star anise pod (garnish) |
| • | orange slice (garnish) |

| 1. | Add all ingredients except garnishes into the blender. Add 1 scoop of ice and blend for 20 seconds. Pour into to-go cup and garnish. |
