    • 1 oz. Breckenridge bourbon
    • 3/4 oz. cognac
    • 1/4 oz. Pedro Ximénez sherry
    • 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Caramelized Pineapple Concentrate, thawed
    • 1 oz. bacon fat, fat washed earl grey tea
    • 1/2 oz. lemon
    • 1/2 oz. vanilla simple syrup
    • 2 dashes orange bitters
    • bacon rolls (garnish)
Method:
1. Combine all the ingredients except garnish. Pour into a tea cup, garnish with a bacon roll and serve.
