    • 1 1/2 oz. Xicaru Silver Mezcal tequila
    • 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Ginger Sour blend, thawed
    • 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Sweet Hibiscus blend, thawed
    • 1/2 oz. agave nectar
    • 1 oz. fresh lime juice
    • 2 dashes of chocolate bitters
    • lime and orange peel (garnish)
    • cinnamon salt (for glass rim)
Method:
1. In a mixing glass, combine all the ingredients with ice, shake and serve over the rocks. Cinnamon salt rim. Garnish with lime and orange peel.
