Servings: 10 Drinks

    • 30 oz. tequila
    • 10 oz. The Perfect Purée Passion Fruit Concentrate,  thawed
    • 5 oz. The Perfect Purée Pomegranate Concentrate,  thawed
    • 20 oz. cold water
    • 10 oz. fresh sour mix (2 parts fresh squeezed lemon juice, 1 part simple syrup)
    • lemon juice
    • kosher salt
    • ground tellicherry peppercorns
Method:
1. Combine all ingredients with ice into a pitcher and stir.
2. Dip rim of glass into lemon juice, salt and ground tellicherry.
3. Pour into glass and serve.
