Forbidden City Forbidden City 1 drink Caterina Miltenberger • 2 oz Voli Raspberry Cocoa Vodka • 1 oz Momokowa Pearl Sake • 1/2 oz The Perfect Purée Thai Basil & Black Pepper blend, thawed • 1/2 oz pure cane syrup • 1 basil leaf chiffonade • 4 to 6 raspberries • 1 oz Fever Tree Ginger beer Method: 1. Gently muddle the raspberries, lime juice and simple syrup in the bottom of a mixing glass. Add the ginger beer and vodka and shake well. Pour into an ice-filled glass. Garnish with an additional spring of mint. Top off with a bit of ginger beer, or soda water.
