Ginger and Coconut Colada

4 drinks

    • 3 oz. dark rum
    • 6 oz. pineapple Juice
    • 5 oz. The Perfect Purée Coconut,  thawed
    • 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Ginger,  thawed
    • 8 oz. Ice
Method:
1. In a blender combine all the above ingredients.
2. Blend well until smooth.
3. Pour into cocktail glasses, garnish with pineapple wedge, serve.
