Mark Massie, The Perfect Purée

    • 1 1/2 oz. Sailor Jerry Rum®
    • 3/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate,  thawed
    • 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Coconut,  thawed
    • 1 barspoon The Perfect Purée Ginger,  thawed
    • 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Passion Fruit Concentrate,  thawed
Method:
1. Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
2. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
3. Strain into a cocktail glass and serve.
