    • 1 1/2 oz. Bacardi 8
    • 3/4 oz. Martini & Rossi Bianco vermouth
    • 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Ginger Sour blend, thawed
    • 3/4 oz. fresh lime juice
    • 2 oz. tonic water
    • 1 pinch of black pepper
    • Lime wheel (garnish)
Method:
1. In a mixing glass, combine all the ingredients with ice except tonic, shake and serve over the rocks in double old fashion glass. Top with tonic. Garnish with lime wheel.
