| • | 1 1/2 oz. rum |
| • | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Pomegranate Concentrate, thawed |
| • | 3 oz. chilled ginger beer |
| • | 1/4 of a fresh grapefruit, squeezed |
| • | 1 oz. chilled pineapple juice |
| • | lime or lemon wheel for garnish |

| 1. | Pour in chilled puree into a chilled 16 oz. Pilsner glass. Fill the glass with ice to the top, add chilled ginger beer, squeezed grapefruit juice, chilled pineapple juice and dark rum. The ingredients should layer themselves for a stunning effect. Garnish with a lime or lemon wheel. |
