Green Apple Mojito

1 drink

    • 3 oz. Bacardi Rum
    • 3 oz. The Perfect Purée Green Apple Puree, thawed
    • 2 oz. club soda
    • 3/4 oz. simple syrup
    • 1 lime, cut into 8 pieces
    • 12 mint leaves
Method:
1. Combine lime, mint leaves and simple syrup then muddle in a cocktail shaker.
2. Add rum, Green Apple and ice then shake vigourously for 6 seconds.
3. Pour entire mixture into a highball glass.
4. Top with club soda.
5. Garnish with lime wedge and mint sprig.
