    • 2 oz. Charbay Alambic Cane Rum
    • 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate, thawed
    • 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Yuzu Luxe Sour blend, thawed
    • 1 barspoon The Perfect Purée Ginger Puree, thawed
    • 1/4 oz. fresh lime juice
    • Chopped mint
    • Ginger beer
Method:
1. Combine all ingredients except ginger beer into a mixing glass with ice. Shake with a Boston Shaker and pour into a Collins glass with fresh ice. Top with ginger beer. Serve.
