Angostura Reserve Rum • 3/4 oz. lime juice • 3/4 oz. orgeat syrup • 1 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters • Coconut Passion Cream (to top) • shaved dark chocolate Method: 1. Prepare Coconut Passion Cream. Combine ingredients (except Coconut Passion Cream) into a mixing glass with ice. Shake with a Boston Shaker and strain into serving glass. Top with Coconut Passion Cream and shaved dark chocolate. Serve. Coconut Passion Cream: • 1 oz.
