| • | 2 oz. The Perfect Purée El Corazon, thawed |
| • | 1 lime, juiced |
| • | 1/2 oz. simple syrup |
| Method: | |
| 1. | Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. |
| 2. | Shake vigorously for 10 seconds. |
| 3. | Pour into a chilled cocktail glass and serve. |
